Industrial Storage Brokers ("we", "us") runs sellindustrialfl.com. This page says what we collect on this site, why, where it goes, and how to reach us.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, company, phone or mobile, property address, the kind of property you own or buy, the states and areas, your typical acquisition size, and any note you write.
- What you sign in our deal rooms: your name, email and signature on an NDA.
- Basic visit records your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address and the page you asked for. Our host keeps these to run the site and stop abuse.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information.
Why we use it
- To send you Dirt & Doors, our monthly newsletter, if you signed up.
- To answer you: a broker opinion of value, a listing you asked about, or the note you left.
- To keep our own records of who we work with, in our private customer database.
Where it goes
- beehiiv sends the newsletter and keeps the email list.
- Our customer database and deal room records are kept with Supabase. Valuation requests also go to Salesforce. Deal room documents sit in Google Drive.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Text messages, if you agree to them, go through our business texting provider.
Each of these companies keeps your information under its own security terms. We share it with no one else, except when the law requires it.
Text messages
- We text you only if you tick the box that says you agree. Ticking it is never a condition of signing up or doing business with us.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
- We don't share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Your choices
- Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email Phil@industrialstoragebrokers.com and we'll take care of it.
